AppWe user agreement
This agreement is between the user (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you") and Beijing Hanliang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Beijing Hanliang") According to the agreement, Beijing Hanliang will provide services to you in accordance with the content agreed in this agreement. "AppWe" refers to the products operated and serviced by Beijing Hanliang Technology Co., Ltd. If you do not agree to any of the terms described in this agreement or any subsequent modifications to the terms of the agreement, you may opt out and stop using the AppWe. Your use will be deemed as your full acceptance of all the terms of this agreement. Please read all the terms and conditions of this agreement carefully, especially the terms in black and bold in the agreement.
If you are a minor, please read and judge whether you agree to this agreement with the legal guardian, especially pay attention to the terms of minors. The exercise and performance of the rights and obligations under this agreement by the minor shall be deemed to have been approved by the guardian.
1. Service Description
- 1.1 AppWe provides you with services including but not limited to the following:
- 1.1.1 AppWe website (and any other websites operated by AppWe);
- 1.1.2 TV terminal products directly owned or operated by AppWe;
- 1.1.3 Mobile products directly owned or operated by AppWe;
- 1.1.4 AppWe user personal center, personal space, experience value, and level identification;
- 1.1.5 servers and network storage space directly owned or operated by AppWe;
- 1.1.6 Various value-added services provided by AppWe;
- 1.1.7 Other technologies and/or services provided to you by AppWe.
- 1.2 The services provided by AppWe are limited to use within the AppWe platform. Any act of separating the services provided by AppWe from the AppWe platform through malicious cracking or other illegal means does not belong to the services provided by AppWe as stipulated in this agreement. All consequences arising from this shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator, and the AppWe reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities according to law.
- 1.3 The official method announced by the AppWe is to register, log in, and download the Android client, which is the only legal way to use the AppWe service. Users can obtain the AppWe service through any other means, channels, or methods. (Including but not limited to account, experience, level ID, and client download) All are illegal gains, and AppWe does not recognize their effectiveness. Once discovered, AppWe has the right to immediately delete, reset, or suspend accounts. Any adverse consequences arising from this will be borne by the user. Please keep your account and password safe, strengthen password security, and beware of account leakage or theft. AppWe is not responsible for any losses caused by the leakage or theft of user accounts.
- 1.4 The user understands and acknowledges that AppWe has the following rights. The exercise of the following rights by AppWe is not considered a breach of contract, and the user shall not pursue or exempt AppWe from related legal responsibilities: Users have the right to use their legally obtained AppWe account and its experience points, level marks, etc., for a long time. However, users confirm that they only have the right to use the above-mentioned services and products, and the ownership and intellectual property rights of the above-mentioned services and products and their derivatives belong to AppWe. (Except for the ownership of physical products obtained by the user through legal channels). AppWe has the right to decide the date of recovery within the maximum scope permitted by law based on the actual situation, without further notice or consent from the user.
- 1.5 AppWe Helper has the right to announce to users in advance. (including but not limited to pop-up announcements, website home page announcements, and system messages) To modify, replace, or upgrade any software related to the AppWe Helper service. If the user does not agree to or accept the modification, replacement, or upgrade of the relevant software of AppWe, please directly refuse, stop, or cancel the use of the behavior. Otherwise, it will be deemed that the user agrees to and accepts the modification, replacement, and upgrade of the relevant software of AppWe, and the behavior of such consent and acceptance is still subject to this agreement.
- 1.6 The term "user" in this agreement includes registered users and unregistered users. Any user who has not registered the products and/or services of AppWe will automatically become a "non-registered user" of AppWe when downloading or installing the products and/or using the services of AppWe.
- 1.7 Special reminder: Due to the many services provided by AppWe, the services provided to you are also different. This agreement is the general user service terms applicable to AppWe.
Unless otherwise agreed, the terms used in this privacy policy generally have the following definitions:
- 1. You: In this policy, we mainly refer to our customers, i.e., end users who entrust us with technical services. That is, natural persons who browse, log in, click, and enter information on media or other network platforms or other platforms operated by network operators, or enterprises or organizations represented by natural persons who perform the aforementioned operations.
- 2. We or sweat food: It refers to Beijing Hanliang Technology Co., Ltd.
- 3. AppWe: It is a product operated and serviced by Beijing Hanliang Technology Co., Ltd.
- 4. Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information. Personal information includes name, date of birth, ID card number, personal biometric information, address, communication contact method, communication records and content, account password, property information, credit information, travel trajectory, accommodation information, health and physiological information, transaction information, etc.
- 5. Personal sensitive information: It refers to personal information that, once leaked, illegally provided, or misused, may endanger personal and property safety, and may easily cause damage to personal reputation, physical and mental health, or discriminatory treatment. Personal sensitive information includes ID card number, personal biometric information, bank account, communication records and content, property information, credit information, travel trajectory, accommodation information, health and physiological information, transaction information, and personal information of children under 14 years old.
- 6. Equipment: means devices that can be used to access our products and/or services, such as smart TVs, set-top boxes, etc.
- 7. Unique device identifier (exclusive ID or UUID): A string of characters that is programmed into a device by the device manufacturer and can be used to identify the device in a unique way. (Including the MAC address of the OTT device, MAC address of the mobile device, IMEI of the mobile device, Android ID, IDFA, OAID, and software unique device virtual device identifier.) The unique device identifier has a number of uses,
which can be used to provide advertisements when cookies are not available (e.g. in mobile applications).
- 8. IP address: Each device that accesses the Internet is assigned a number called an Internet Protocol IP address. These numbers are usually assigned based on geographic regions. An IP address is often used to identify where a device is connected to the Internet.
- 9. SSL: SSL (Secure Socket Layer), also known as Secure Socket Layer, is a security protocol implemented on the transmission communication protocol (TCP/IP). SSL supports various types of networks and provides three basic security services, all of which use public key and symmetric key technologies to achieve information confidentiality.
- 10. RSA: RSA, also known as the "public key cryptographic system," is an algorithm that uses asymmetric encryption, that is, different encryption keys and decryption keys. "It is computationally infeasible to derive the decryption key from known encryption keys."
- 11. Cookies: Cookies are small files containing strings that are sent and stored on your computer, mobile device, or other device (usually encrypted) when you log in to and use a website or other web content. - 12. Account: When you register an account and provide us with some personal information, you can better use our services. When you access the AppWe, the system uses this account information to authenticate you to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
- 13. De-identification: It refers to the process of using technical processing of personal information to make it impossible to identify the subject of personal information without the help of additional information.
- 14. Anonymization: A process in which the personal information subject cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be restored through technical processing of personal information.
- 15. Logs of the server: In general, our servers automatically record the web page requests you make when you visit the website and the content of our services. These "server logs" typically include your network request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request, and one or more cookies or unique identifiers of the device hardware software that uniquely identify your browser.
2. User Registration
AppWe can provide you with services such as app downloads and watching short videos. You can participate in AppWe operation activities and enjoy more functions (such as accumulating experience points, obtaining level marks, etc.) through third-party WeChat login. After logging in, you should maintain the confidentiality and security of your account and password. You are fully responsible for any activities carried out by anyone using your account and password. AppWe Helper cannot identify illegal or unauthorized use of your account and password, so AppWe Helper will not be held responsible. At the same time, you agree and promise to:
- 2.1 When your account or password is used without authorization, or if any security issues occur, you will immediately and effectively notify the AppWe.
- 2.2 Each time you log in to the AppWe or use related services, the relevant account will be securely logged out.
- 2.3 You agree to accept the notification information and other related information sent by the AppWe to you through email, client, webpage, or other legal means;

2.4 You promise not to engage in the following activities when registering or using the AppWe account:
- 2.4.1 Intentionally using someone else's information to register a AppWe account for oneself;
- 2.4.2 Registering a AppWe account in the name of others without the legal authorization of others;
- 2.4.3 Stealing or using others' AppWe accounts, experience points, level marks, etc.;
- 2.4.4 Register a AppWe account using insults, defamation, pornography, politics, or other words that violate laws, morals, and public order.
- 2.4.5 For the purpose of illegally occupying the relevant service resources of AppWe, maliciously exploiting website vulnerabilities through legitimate or improper means;
- 2.4.6 Register an account for the purpose of publishing violations of laws, regulations, or promoting harm to national interests and sovereignty.
- 2.5 You hereby agree that AppWe has the right to prohibit registration and/or suspend accounts for users who violate the above terms.
- 2.6 You understand and know that you can log in to all products under the AppWe system provided by AppWe and its affiliates with your AppWe account.
3. AppWe update
Beijing Khan Grain has the right to announce to users in advance. (Including but not limited to pop-up page announcements and official website announcements of Beijing Hanliang) To modify, replace, or upgrade any software related to the AppWe and/or services provided by Beijing Hanliang. If the user does not agree to the modification, replacement, and upgrade of the AppWe and/or service-related software provided by Beijing Hanliang, please directly refuse, stop, or cancel the use of the AppWe. Otherwise, it will be deemed that the user agrees to the modification, replacement, and upgrade of the above-mentioned software. At the same time, the above modification, replacement and upgrade shall not affect the effectiveness of this agreement.
4. Service usage rules

4.1 When using the AppWe service, users should comply with the following laws and regulations:
- 4.1.1 "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of State Secrets"
- 4.1.2 Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China
- 4.1.3 "Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems of the People's Republic of China"
- 4.1.4 "Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software"
- 4.1.5 "Regulations on the Protection of the Right to Information Network Dissemination"
- 4.1.6 Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China
- 4.1.7 Other laws and regulations related to computer and internet regulations.
- 4.2 AppWe will regularly and irregularly review and screen the content of the entire domain. Once it is reasonably believed that a user's behavior may violate the above laws and regulations, it may terminate the service to the user at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to: Delete the content uploaded by users, ban accounts for a certain period of time, seal accounts, and pursue legal responsibilities.

4.3 Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:
- 4.3.1 The production, copying, editing, uploading, and dissemination of any content that opposes the basic principles determined by the Constitution, endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts state power, supports foreign reactionary forces, undermines national unity, undermines national unity, damages national honor and interests, incites national hatred, Discriminate, undermine national unity, undermine state religious policies, promote cults and feudal superstitions, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes, insulting or defaming others, Contents prohibited by laws, administrative regulations, or other offensive materials that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, including but not limited to information, data, text, software, music, photos, graphics, information, or other materials;
- 4.3.2 Harm minors in any way;
- 4.3.3 Impersonating any person or institution, or falsely claiming or mistaking others as related to any person or institution in a false manner;
- 4.3.4 Forge titles or manipulate identification information in any other way to make people mistakenly believe that the content is transmitted by the AppWe Helper;
- 4.3.5 Download, post, email, or otherwise transmit content that is not authorized to be transmitted (e.g. internal information, confidential information);
- 4.3.6 Upload, post, send emails, or transmit content that infringes on anyone's patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights;
- 4.3.7 Tracking or harassing others in any other way;
- 4.3.8 Upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit information about software viruses or other computer codes, files, and programs that interfere with, destroy, or restrict the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or communication equipment;
- 4.3.9 Interfering or damaging the AppWe Helper Service or servers and networks connected to the AppWe Helper Service, or failing to comply with the provisions of this agreement;
- 4.3.10 Intentionally or unintentionally violating any relevant Chinese laws, regulations, rules, and other legally effective norms;
- 4.3.11 In any way without the prior express written permission of the AppWe Helper (including but not limited to any automatic programs, scripts, and software such as robot software, spider software, and crawler software) and for any reason, by themselves or by entrusting others to assist others in obtaining the services, content, and data of the platform;
- 4.3.12 If the user violates the above policies and laws, the user shall directly bear all the adverse consequences caused by the above. If the user causes adverse consequences to the AppWe, the user shall be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating for all losses caused by this.
- 4.4 Users are not allowed to post any words carrying the "AppWe" brand through any channel or media (including but not limited to self-media, etc.), such as "co-produced with AppWe", if users need to promote and promote cooperative programs. Users can only mention the program itself in the promotion and cannot mention the relationship with AppWe or promote it under the AppWe brand without authorization. All promotional articles with "AppWe" must be approved in writing by the corresponding cooperating department of AppWe. Otherwise, the user should compensate for all losses caused to the AppWe Helper.
5. Advertisements, third party links
- 5.1 You agree that in the process of providing products/services, in accordance with laws and regulations, we will use various methods. (including but not limited to links, pop-up windows, etc.) recommend video content, events, feeds, other business information, and your subscriptions (e.g., discount notices, update reminders, live broadcast services, etc.)
- 5.2 Under the premise of complying with laws and regulations, we have the right to independently determine the form, duration, location, and content of advertising and information promotion.
- 5.3 AppWe will require advertisers to fulfill relevant obligations in accordance with legal provisions. You should also carefully judge the authenticity, legality, and reliability of advertisements and the information about the goods or services contained in the advertisements and be responsible for your own judgment, except as provided by law. We are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of transactions made in accordance with the advertising information or the goods or services involved in the aforementioned advertisement.
- 5.4 The AppWe Service may provide links to other international Internet websites or resources. Unless otherwise stated, AppWe cannot control the services of third-party websites, and AppWe shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by users due to the use or reliance on the aforementioned websites or resources. We recommend that you carefully read the terms of service and privacy policy before leaving AppWe and visiting other websites or resources.
6. intellectual property
- 6.1 Protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Patent Law, and other laws and regulations related to intellectual property rights, the intellectual property rights of the AppWe service and the software, technology, trademarks, materials, etc. used in this service belong to the AppWe. "Intellectual Property" includes any and all rights, any and all other ownership, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof under the laws of patent law, copyright law, trademark law, and anti-unfair competition law.
- 6.2 Users are not allowed to modify, adapt, or translate the software, technology, materials, etc. used by the AppWe service, or create derivative works related to it. They are not allowed to obtain their source code through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or other similar actions. Otherwise, all legal consequences arising from this will be the responsibility of the user, and AppWe will pursue the legal responsibilities of the breaching party in accordance with the law.
- 6.3 Users are not allowed to maliciously modify, copy, or disseminate the software, technology, materials, etc. used by the AppWe service. Otherwise, the user shall bear the corresponding legal responsibilities for any damage caused to others or damage to the image of the AppWe Company.
- 6.4 Users are not allowed to delete, conceal, or alter the copyright statement, trademark, or other rights statements of AppWe without authorization. All design drawings and other drawings, product and service names of the AppWe platform are trademarks and logos owned by AppWe and/or its affiliated companies. No one may use, copy or use it for any other purpose.
- 6.5 AppWe has full intellectual property rights to its self-made content and other exclusive content obtained through authorization. Without the permission of AppWe, no unit or individual may reprint, disseminate, or provide viewing services or engage in other acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of AppWe. Otherwise, AppWe Helper will pursue the legal responsibility of the infringer.
- 6.6 The intellectual property rights owned and enjoyed by AppWe shall not be transferred due to any user's use behavior.
7. Disclaimer
- 7.1 AppWe does not declare or guarantee the correctness or reliability of any content, information, or advertisements that are included, accessed, downloaded, or obtained from any related services; And for any products, information, or materials purchased or obtained by users through advertisements or displays on this service, AppWe is not responsible for any guarantee. The user assumes the risk of using this service.
- 7.2 Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all products and services provided by AppWe to you are provided on an "as-is" and "as-is" basis.

7.3 AppWe does not guarantee the following matters (including but not limited to):
- 7.3.1 Although the website, client, and other software provided by AppWe have been tested by AppWe, due to the limitations of the technology itself, AppWe cannot guarantee that it is fully compatible with other software, hardware, and systems. If there is an incompatibility, the user can report the situation to the AppWe Helper for technical support. If the problem persists, you can uninstall or stop using the AppWe Helper service.
- 7.3.2 The use of the AppWe service involves Internet services and may be affected by unstable factors in various links. Due to force majeure, hacker attacks, system instability, network interruption, user shutdown, communication lines, etc., the AppWe service may be interrupted or unable to meet user requirements. AppWe Helper does not guarantee that the AppWe Helper service is suitable for the user's requirements.
- 7.3.3 Since the client software provided by the AppWe can be downloaded and disseminated through network channels, for the software related to the AppWe service downloaded from non-designated official sites and obtained through non-designated channels, AppWe cannot guarantee whether it is infected with computer viruses, whether it hides disguised Trojan programs and other hacker software, nor does it assume any legal responsibility for any direct or indirect damages suffered by users as a result.
- 7.3.4 AppWe Helper does not make any guarantees related to the safety, reliability, timeliness, and performance of AppWe Helper services and products.
- 7.3.5 AppWe does not guarantee that any products, services, or other materials it provides meet the expectations of users.
- 7.4 The user shall bear the risk of using any information downloaded or obtained through the AppWe service. The user shall be fully responsible for any damage to the user's computer system or data loss caused by such use.

7.5 AppWe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive compensation for profits, commercial reputation, data loss, or other tangible or intangible losses caused by the following reasons:
- 7.5.1 The AppWe service cannot be used in whole or in part;
- 7.5.2 Any products, information, or services purchased or obtained through the AppWe Service;
- 7.5.3 Unauthorized use or modification of user information;
- 7.5.4 Other matters related to AppWe Helper services.
- 7.6 Users should properly keep their accounts and passwords, strengthen password security, and guard against account leakage or theft. AppWe is not responsible for any losses caused by the leakage or theft of user accounts. If users lose or reduce their accounts or assets due to communication line failures, network or computer failures, system instability, force majeure (such as server crashes), etc., which are not caused by AppWe, AppWe will not be responsible for compensation.
- 7.7 Users understand and agree to choose to download and use the AppWe service for free, at their own risk, including but not limited to the user's behavior during the use of the AppWe service and all consequences arising from the use of the AppWe service.
- 7.8 If the user's account, account property, etc. are lost or reduced due to untrue authentication information and cannot be recovered, AppWe shall not bear any legal responsibility.
8. Changes, interruptions, and terminations of services
- 8.1 You understand and agree that Beijing Hanliang may change the service content based on the adjustment of its business strategy, and may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate the service.
- 8.2 You understand and agree that in the event of a merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer in Beijing Hanliang, AppWe may transfer the relevant assets under this service to a third party; AppWe may also transfer part or all of the services and corresponding rights and obligations under this agreement to a third party for operation or performance after notifying you unilaterally.
- 8.3 You understand and agree that if you violate relevant laws and regulations, violate this agreement and other agreements of the AppWe platform, AppWe has the right to unilaterally interrupt or terminate the provision of services to you without notice.
- 8.4 After the AppWe terminates providing services to you, it has the right to delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, or to anonymize it, and also has the right to continue to store other content and information you have retained on our platform in accordance with the time limit and method specified by law.
9. Log out
- 9.1 Users have the right to apply for account cancellation to AppWe. You can cancel your account by contacting AppWe customer service. (Except as otherwise provided by relevant laws and regulations or otherwise agreed by this agreement and the rules of each site).
- 9.2 Special reminder: After canceling the AppWe account, you will no longer be able to log in to and use all of the AppWe products and services, as well as the service content in cooperation with third parties in the products and services. AppWe will also terminate the provision of our products and services to you under this account. This will inevitably bring inconvenience to your after-sales rights protection. Once the AppWe account is deregistered, it cannot be restored. Please consider carefully before canceling.

9.3 If you determine that you need to cancel the AppWe account, you have fully understood and confirmed that the UID still exists after the account is cancelled, but you will no longer have the rights related to the account, including but not limited to:
- 9.3.1 After the account is cancelled, you will no longer be able to log in and use all products and services under the AppWe with that account;
- 9.3.2 After the account is cancelled, all content, information, data, and records that you have logged in and used all products and services under the AppWe through this account will be deleted or anonymized, and you will no longer be able to search, access, obtain, use, and retrieve;
- 9.3.3 After the account is deregistered, the account's experience value and level flag will be cleared and cannot be restored.
- 9.4 If you have fully read and understood the contents of Articles 9.2 and 9.3, you can apply for account cancellation to the customer service. Customer service will review your account security status and the usage of your related products and services to comprehensively determine whether your account meets the requirements.
- 9.5 Once the AppWe account is cancelled, the relevant user agreements, other rights and obligations documents that you have signed with us will be terminated accordingly. (Except for those that have been agreed to continue to be effective or otherwise provided by law). At the same time, you acknowledge and agree that: Even if your account is cancelled, it does not reduce or exempt you from the relevant responsibilities that you should bear in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, agreements, rules, etc. during the agreement period.
10. privacy policy
- 10.1 AppWe pays attention to protecting users' personal information and privacy. Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify the identity of a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information. When you download, install, start, browse, register, log in, or use the products and/or services of AppWe, AppWe will handle and protect your personal information in accordance with the "AppWe Privacy Policy" published by the platform. Therefore, we hope that you can carefully read and fully understand the full text of the "AppWe Privacy Policy" and make the appropriate choices according to the guidance of the "AppWe Privacy Policy" when necessary.
- 10.2 You should use the products and/or services of the AppWe after carefully reading and fully understanding the "AppWe Privacy Policy". If you do not agree with the content of the policy, it may cause the products and/or services of the AppWe to not function properly. Or not able to achieve the intended service effect of the AppWe Helper. Your use or continued use of the products and/or services provided by AppWe indicates that you fully understand and agree to all the contents of the "AppWe Privacy Policy" (including updated versions).
- 10.3 If you have any questions about the "AppWe Privacy Policy" or your personal information (including inquiries, complaints, etc.), you can contact us through the contact information published in Article 11 of the "AppWe Privacy Policy".
11. Minors clause
- 11.1 AppWe Helpers pay great attention to the protection of minors. If you are a minor, you should read this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and use the products and/or services of AppWe with the consent of your guardian.
- 11.2 Guardians should guide children on safety issues that should be taken into account when using the internet to prevent accidents in advance. AppWe does not encourage minors to use AppWe's products/services for any consumption. If there is any consumption, minors should ask their guardians to operate or operate with the explicit consent of their guardians.
- 11.3 For the privacy protection of minors, AppWe will strictly follow the methods and methods stated in the "AppWe Privacy Policy" published by the platform.
12. Application and Jurisdiction of Law
- 12.1 The effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. This clause is partially invalid due to conflict with the current laws of the People's Republic of China, and does not affect the effectiveness of other parts.
- 12.2 In case of any disputes arising from the content or implementation of this agreement, it shall be resolved through friendly negotiation as much as possible; If the negotiation fails, the parties to the dispute agree to submit the dispute to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and legally binding on all parties.
13. Amendments and notices of the agreement
- 13.1 AppWe has the right to modify this agreement and release the modified agreement according to changes in national policies, technical conditions, product functions, etc.
- 13.2 Once the above content is officially released, the AppWe will, in an appropriate manner, (including but not limited to pop-ups, emails, internal messages, and website announcements) Remind you of the updated content so that you can keep up with the latest version of this agreement.
- 13.3 You are aware that the names and chapter titles of this agreement are for convenience and reading only, and because this agreement is displayed in many places on our platform, it may take some time to complete the renaming of all agreements. During this period, The co-existence of both names does not affect the meaning or interpretation of any clause in the text.
- 13.4 The modified content will form an integral part of this agreement and you shall also comply with it.
